    I personally can relate to the situation faced by Silvia and think it shares its universality elsewhere. As a Chinese who returned to China after years of studying and working overseas, it’s no longer easy for me to fully adapt to the boxed thinking of the main stream Chinese society. In a way, our more “international” thinking could be tremendously beneficial to not only commercial, but also political decisions and operations, but it’s usually marginalized and viewed minority opinions. In fact, after hard decisions made by many Chinese professionals to return to China for career growth, they made harder decisions to leave China again.
